Currently partial seeding (seeding a single collection) is blocked because referenced entries may not be available if it is not also being seeded. Gooseberry should keep track of seeded IDs that it creates so to allow this.

When gooseberry creates the ObjectID for an entry it can save the collection + smartID as a key and the generated ObjectID as its value.
