Otherwise, it returns a 500:

--> GET /pipelines?eq[name]=PIPE_NAME
<-- 500 Internal Server Error
<-- {"id":"internal_server_error","message":"Internal server error."}
 ▸    Internal server error.
Error: Expected response to be successful, got 500
