[Feature Request] Groups assign for ship owners with skills

Hello. Is there a way to add feature that assign groups if pilot have a certain ship and skill(s)?
For example pilots with dreadnought who can actually fly them on a special count in alliance and currently added to group manually. And its really a pain for a large community.
