Introduce optional mutual groups, that allow a kind of a rank system.
Introduce a binary option 'mutual' when creating a group and declare a list of other groups a user should be kicked from when joining this group.

Example:
Rookie > Fullmember > Director > CEO.
If the user joins 'Director', he will be kicked from the Fullmember group automatically.
If the user becomes a fullmember, he will be kicked from the 'Rookie' group.
And so on.

One purpose for this is to avoid group aggregations on other role-based instances like Teamspeak or Discord.

How is this use case different or not achievable via title management?

Do you refer to corporation titles? I intend to apply this on alliance level. Which would mean that every corporation has to set up same or similar titles.
