strings can be with double quotes too. I found example of such string in 1 .heta file in Heta-compiler repo
'block' looks like a keyword. like 'namespace'. occurs in example .heta files in Heta-compiler repo
reg-ex for numbers (complex) occurs 2 times in your syntax file. bad!
