If I visit http://www.longtailvideo.com/demo with flash disabled (vs click to play enabled), I already get shown the HTML5 player, though it doesn't work, giving:
"The video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported: http://content.bitsontherun.com/videos/lWMJeVvV-364767.mp4"

Loading http://content.bitsontherun.com/videos/lWMJeVvV-364767.mp4 directly in Nightly doesn't work - guessing a codec or lack of EME issue?

For JWPlayer embeds with youtube videos, NoFlash makes them work already:
eg http://iloveskydiving.org/view/videos/friday-freakout-skydive-wingsuit-exit-fail/

Video works fine here. Let me guess: you use a Mac?

I guess there is a problem with h264 on 8.1 then. It clearly is not "no-flash".
