Add status page

This can be really raw, and maybe only shows up for admins, but it would be nice to understand the state of the server/database without having to drop down to a terminal. Would include:

• Server up-time
• Number of users within last 1 hour
• Number of users within last 24 hours
• Number of users within last 7 days
• New users in the last 1 hour
• New users in the last 24 hours
• New users in the last 7 days
• Tool to select area on map and 'get number of users in square'.
  • Note: this functionality should really be added to the geo-fencing, that there is an end point that will tell you how many users are in your fence. This would be an additional end-point, and extending the functionality slightly for the geo-fence (wrapping it up in a nice callable rather than just for the assignments page).

This is lower priority, but would be really nice if we could get it in there soon.
