Following up:

Currently any text search is full scan:

db insight

Considerations:

db full text index?
- https://planetscale.com/courses/mysql-for-developers/indexes/fulltext-indexes
- https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/fulltext-search-ngram.html
  - does planetscale supports FULLTEXT (xxx) WITH PARSER ngram?
  - ngram should be effective for Korean but not sure for other languages
in memory text index?
tokenize? (stem, lemma)
