Throws error/exception when clicked on Workflow menu(next to Cancel) #7

Hi,

I am trying use this plugin however it throws error when I click on Workflow button (next to Cancel button).

Please let me know if I am doing anything wrong whilst operating the plugin.

I have attached exception details to this issue.
