need a regulome-db contact email. Should go in header?

I can take care of this.

Contact email will be: [email protected]

Will be put into header as a "mailto:" so the header list will read: "Contact About Help"

I looked at this and am punting to Ben because I'm not sure what the best way to implement a mailto would be in the jQuery framework. I would just do bad 2000 HTML.

Oh, additional coding item: Need to merge default and home.html.ep; they are mostly redundant.

Hmmm... so many choices... what do you think of this form:
http://theodin.co.uk/blog/ajax/contactable-jquery-plugin.html

it uses a php ajax script which I don't like but it's trivial to adapt I think. On the other hand, for alpha release a mailto: link is probably fine!

Oh fancy. If you're cool with the mailto: link for now, I"ll just go ahead and do that.

mailto: is fine, we can add this when we add the "citation" reference on the same page (beta release or close to it)

To contact field is still blank in help. We should also put in a link to the this GIThub tracker.
