Motivation / Existing Problem
Currently, hotkeying constraints is a little difficult, because there are quite a lot of them, which requires a lot of hotkeys.
Description
In Blender, there's a context sensitive pop-up menu (wm.toolbar) which shows you the tools that are available in any given mode. This toolbar shows the tool icons, their name and a custom hotkey that is associated to them.
Added benefit
I think this would be very useful for CAD Sketcher, for instance to access the constraints. That way, you won't have to memorise many hotkeys, instead, you could type "D + H" for a horizontal constraint or "D+I" for a dimension. This way, a lot of keys are freed from hotkeys that can be used for all of the drawing tools. I don't know how the hotkeys are assigned to this particular pop-up menu, but, for instance in Meshmachine, there is a key in between parenthesis, which shows the hotkey. This menu then allows you to type this key.
It would then also be closer in terms of hotkeys to CAD software. And, the keys would be more accessible than these:
|Shift + D|- |Distance|
|Shift + A|- |Angle|
|Shift + O|- |Diameter|
|Shift + C|- |Coincident|
|Shift + V|- |Vertical|
|Shift + H|- |Horizontal|
|Shift + E|- |Equal|
|Shift + P|- |Parallel|
|Shift + N|- |Perpendicular|
|Shift + T|- |Tangent|
|Shift + M|- |Midpoint|
|Shift + R|- |Ratio|
