Split segment option when inserting points and extrude/offset sub-segments

An extra option to split the line when Inserting new points and the ability to offset (extrude) the new generated segments in a very simple and intuitive way like it is done in Archicad. Its a kind of 2d push-pull worflow.
I consider this a very intuitive way of adding segments and detail to a sketch.
There are two actions or features to consider but i placed them together to better describe the workflow.
1 - The subdivision at mouse cursor location
2 - Extrusion or offseting the selected segment as in the short video capture.
