Query over linkage between sketch and mesh face

Hi,
So I've noticed that if I create a basic shape with a sketch, then solidify / extrude it
Then attach a 2nd sketch to the face of that mesh, then solidify that.
Then resize / shrink the first solidify, the 2nd sketch doesn't follow it

So the question is, is this a planned feature that hasn't been implemented yet?
I know freecad had issues with this sometimes if the previous shape changed too much, called the topilogical naming problem.

My guess is this won't be possible until this is done
