[FEATURE REQUEST] Support more caption methods in Dataset Maker

Hello, Could you support more caption methods(such as PaliGemma - Longprompt, JoyCaption and Florence2) in Dataset Maker? I think some of them looks like useful for some usage scenarios, if you could add them, thanks.
