After installation of my programs, I can't use it because of missing disk space.
Could you build your vagrant box letting an empty but available disk space for an extended usage?
For instance, you could define 1 TB virtual virtualbox disk size, and keep an only 10 GB partition. In this way, users could at least create other extended partitions in the remaining virtual disk space.
