Evaluate Launcher UI: Settings as well as Appstore

Settings having publisher settings inside the same window is confusing. Should we move publishing to it's own context/window?

Possibly we could move appstore to a seperate window, and include publisher settings in that window so that all appstore and publishing is in the same context.
