Once #109 is complete, add the Holochain metrics to the relevant places in the results analysis.

AC:

All scenarios are updated to include common metrics, e.g. network bytes out and in
Holochain metrics that are relevant to specific scenarios are added to the analysis
The analysis results tests are updated to include the new metrics
It is possible to run the reports without Holochain metrics so that we can still run reports if they are missing
