Limited Trademark License.
Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Canada as represented by the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food (the Crown), hereby grants the user of HOLOS TM open source code Holos 4 a limited, nonexclusive, revocable, royalty-free, non- transferable license to display our authorized trademark to reference the use of HOLOS TM in new developments in scientific manuscripts, papers and journals for the Term. This grant does not include use on commercial product packaging, marketing or sales of products or services. This license can be revoked at any time if use is in any way damaging to the Crown.
