Applied manure is not imported from json file when creating Holos CLI files for fields

Expected Behaviour

I was expecting the "Manure Applied" to be TRUE and associated columns to match the data entered in the Holos GUI.

Actual Behaviour

When the Fields files are created from a json file, the manure applications entered in the GUI are not reflected in the CLI files.

The "Manure Carbon Input per Hectare" is properly set, but that's a derived value computed from the Holos GUI.

The issue is present with both imported manure and manure from livestock.

Describe the Issue & Steps to Reproduce

1. Load the json file:
   Logiag_test_farm_2.zip
2. Check the Applied Manure and associated columns. Compare with the same years in the GUI.
