Sticky crop management config and OTF re-ordering of crops.

Feature request.

When setting up template files to do large scale emissions modelling and reporting, it can be time consuming to re-enter fertility details when custom blends and multiple sources are used. If we could include default fertility configurations for crops it would allow for a more or less drag and drop re-ordering of crop rotational systems. Creating copies is a helpful start but having more upfront config for specific crops would reduce config time. Even a last used default would be a head start in addition to drag and drop or arrow based re-ordering of fields (particularly in non-rotation based setups).
