Backup > Encryption settings in wrong menu

Describe the issue you are experiencing

The encryption settings of the new backup menu are in the subsection automatic backups which is not correct as it is applicable for manual backups as well.

Describe the behavior you expected

Encryption settings should be somewhere else, but not in automatic settings section.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Click on automatic backup settings
2. Scroll to the bottom

Side note, if going for some kind of encryption menu a button SHOW KEY would be nice, at the moment it is under CHANGE KEY or change wording to MANAGE KEY.
