Uploader error with WGS84 GeoTIFF image #168

The current version of the uploader seems to have problems with GeoTIFF files in WG84 Lat/Lon geographic projection. The same file converted to UTM works fine.

@cgiovando it seems that georeference in the image is wrong. Latitude cannot be -99.91 for the obvious reason.
