Describe the bug
Following from PR #6568 , there are few minor fixes that needs to be done on partner's statistics page of mapswipe.

Show the mapswipe tab only if MapSwipe group ID is supplied during partner's creation.
Name of the group to be added at the top of the mapswipe page
Few Cards and graphs are not responsive on Mobile view.
Rename the text Ds to days on partner's mapswipe page
Rename Tasking manager partner's statistics part to /partners/<partner>/stats/

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'manage project'
Click on 'partner's card'
Switch to mapswipe tab
See error
