Only icon is visible for the completed picklist items

Current behavior

Only the icon is displayed for the "Completed" picklist items, the text is missing.

Expected behavior

Both the icon and the text(Product identifier) should be visible for the "Completed" picklist items.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Select a facility for which picklists were created and asigned.
Open the filters and toggle 'off' the hide completed picklists option.
Open any picklist marked as "Completed".
Observe that only the icon appears for the "Completed" items, without any accompanying text.
