I also noticed that there was a delay when switching to a new line in print mode, from 3 to 5 seconds

Hey

The setting completion.autocomplete cannot be set to true. The expected values are cmp.TriggerEvent[] | false.

See :help cmp-config.completion.autocomplete.

You should be able to just remove autocomplete = true.
