vibrate notification

When the vibration setttings is on, the app will vibrate whatever the phone profile is "sound" or "vibrate".
I need all the time to check on or off the vibration settings.
Can the Devs add another setting of "vibration only" when the phone on "vibrate" profile?
What means that on "sound" profile the app only make a sound without vibration, and on vibrate profile the app wont make sound.

App relies on system volume settings. Notifications should be muted in vibration mode
