A few additional outputs would be useful for Cells indexing or Colab notebooks:

Minimal anndata objects without an expression matrix, but including UMAP coordinates, UMAP coordinates projected into Azimuth space, cell type annotations, leiden clustering
Anndata objects which only include cells that made it into secondary_analysis.h5ad (for Cells API indexing)
