Multi-Label Classification and Semi-Supervised Learning Method SimCLR Have Been Added

Hi all,

Thank Ross and others for the great work.
I've implemented multi-label classification based on timm.
And I've added SimCLR to timm so that we can train a model with higher accuracy.
