Impossible to add or custom something

Hi,
I love your theme.
However, I'm very pity that you've coded this one in such a way that is quiet impossible to add or modify something...
I've trying to use this theme as a base in purpose to make a complete website with some nice things, like a navigation bar, etc., but I didn't succeed nothing actually... Or xhen I succeed something, it brakes totally your theme and the appearence.
Even basic customization Jekyll fonctions are not working on your theme...
I'm very pity, because I believe that is one of the more beautoful theme available for Jekyll.

So, at least, if you can add a "dynamic" navigation bar at the top of pages, I will be already wonder and happy! :)
