Later button configuration

Hi.

Can we have some "LATER" button options, like configurable update dialog reappearance time?

The issue is, if someone clicks later there is no delay time when optional update dialog will show again, so every time u run the app u will see update dialog as long as u dont update, now this is bad.

I just don't want to "harass" people by the app constantly showing optional update dialog every time they launch the app if they dont want to update yet.

I propose we have some delay parameter, lets say amount of days before showing the optional update dialog again if user clicked "later" before.
