Yes, you add your custom classifications, you need fasta file of your gene of interest, and three other files .tre, .map, and FastaFileAccessionToClassification.map, for now, you can incorporate your custom classification in MEGAN, more details about generating the required file can be found in our paper (link below). once the software is released you can use them in megmap. |
