synching dir in windows 10 failed

when i debug project in my windows platform，I've got a problem：panic: Error creating dir if missing: error while synching dir:C:\Users\duanmeng\go\src\github.com\hyperledger\fabric\dev-network\production\orderer: sync C:\Users\duanmeng\go\src\github.com\hyperledger\fabric\dev-network\production\orderer: The handle is invalid.
