Idea:
I think that it would be nice to be able to specify a pipeline for basic image manipulation (blur, brightness, saturation, borders...)
Use case:
mostly ricing, for example for a black and white themed rice, after setting up some filters, changing the wallpaper in the config would be enough to have at least a somewhat acceptable rice, instead of having to edit the image every single time.
In this way it would be possible to save a lot of time and also to avoid a cluttered wallpaper folder, without having several versions of the same image
Suggestion:
Maybe it could be implemented as parameters of the preload function?

if i have the time and vaxry or someone else hasnt already implemented this then i might have a stab at it because it seems like a fun challenge and i recently spent an unholy amount of hours staring at the hyprpaper source.
