Steps to repro:

Go to https://dj-rest-auth.readthedocs.io/en/latest/demo.html
Follow the instructions. Will fail on this step: python manage.py migrate --settings=demo.settings --noinput

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pkg_resources'
