/battery_state subscribers stop updating after a few hours

Issue: /battery_state subscriber on TurtleBot4 RPi4 and remote desktop stop calling battery_state_sub_cb()
(a different remote subscriber did not lose topics when the other two subscribers did)

Configuration:

• Create3 version: G.3.1
• TurtleBot4 RaspberryPi4 - USB network to Create3, 5GHz WiFi to remote ROS2 Galactic desktop
  • Remote has NetworkInterfaceAddress element in CycloneDDS_URI file
• Create3 - 2.4GHz WiFi to remote ROS2 Galactic desktop (Ubuntu 20.04 Desktop)

Interesting Aspect: Stopping and restarting one remote node that had stopped calling the the battery_state topic callback, functioned correctly after the restart, AND the battery_state subscriber on the Turtlebot4 Raspberry Pi4 which was not restarted also began again to call the battery_state_sub_callback().
