Change email and phone icons on profile listings and profiles from alt to aria-label

Siteimprove didn't like adding an alt tag to the SVG elements for phone and email. it recommends using an aria-label in the a href. so aria-label="email", aria-label="phone" etc

can probably remove the alt from the svg tag that was added for each as well.
