Hi Brendon,
There could be a few reasons, based on what you are trying to do with the policy. I suggest you open a PMR to get the best experts available to help you with this issue.
When trying to import the xslt policy I receive the error:
"Could not process the API request. See the server log for more information, or contact your administrator."
Can you please assist?
