The relapse_type field currently accepts the following controlled vocabulary terms: {distant recurrence/metastasis, local recurrence, local recurrence and distant metastasis, progression}.

Can an additional term be added for "regional/nodal", to cover the common case of a recurrence in regional lymph nodes?

This was suggested by Tim Hanna in a recent TFRI data wg meeting.
