Update and deploy DACO's production config settings to reflect the new changes made due to the EGA API integration.

Tasks include:

~~Specify endpoint name to reflect new job~~
~~Update config to use the new endpoint name~~
Update job configs to run at frequency/interval desired by EGA (@anncatton to discuss with them). Will also depend on average time job takes to finish
New infra values
