1:30-2:15 - Breakout groups will work on two tasks: Sketch out a list of identifier solutions/technologies that you find most useful. Discuss and compile list of problems you are facing. For this activity, breakout groups will be pre-composed to contain people from different backgrounds, rather than self-selected.

3:15-3:35 - Keynote - Presentation of another solution

3:35-4:05 - Brainstorming as whole group: What really bugs you? - Pain points in identifier technology from all perspectives. This should serve to compile and organize the list of problems identified by breakout groups.

4:05-4:25 Coffee break

4:25-5:10 - Breakout groups (same groups as earlier): Prioritize the challenges/problems from the whole list compiled by all groups

A small set of workshop participants will be designated as technical experts, and we will ask them to circulate among groups and provide expertise as needed, although they will still be allowed to choose a specific breakout group of their own.

10:30-12:00 - Breakout groups: Devise a plan to address the selected challenge (educational material, proposal, or technical solution), begin work on plan. The final plan must include a distribution/outreach plant, a governance plant, or a business model, i.e., the plan should be for the full package.
