[Feature Request] Change Installer/Install Location #2

During major Windows 10 Feature Updates the install of HashCheck gets clobbered and needs to be reinstalled.
Update the installer (or change installers) to save HashCheck in a location that will survive major feature updates.

This is a low priority since it's rare (happens one update/year) and is fixes with a quick reinstall.

I can confirm that this happened to me when I updated from Windows 10 to Windows 11. I guess during a major upgrade such as that, the "C:\WINDOWS\system32\ShellExt" folder gets deleted (for whatever reason).
