While I have no Windows Arm64 devices, I noticed that @gus33000 made a fork that adds ARM64 support...but it was built off of the older @gurnec 2.4.0 version that your own "@idrassi" version was forked from:

This means that, as of this time, there are not two but rather three different versions of HashCheck Shell Extension that have mutually exclusive functionality:
