Clearing date breaks Select Report

On the All Reports tab, you can search using a specific date range. If you first search using a valid date range, and then clear either the Start or End, switching between the different reports under Select Report is broken: it stays on the selected report type that was shown before the date wipe.

It appears that when trying to toggle between reports when having just one (of two) dates filled out, the UI simply does not update at all. I do not see HTTP requests being made, which means that this is likely a front-end issue. Perhaps we should default a missing date to 'epoch' or 'now'?
