Use telo misikeke error messages

When turned on, ilo Token will use telo misikeke for error messages instead if possible. telo misikeke is an external tool for automatic spelling and grammar checking of toki pona texts.

ilo Token is particularly permissive and so will only use "Error" category in telo misikeke.

Allow partial parsing of X ala X constructions

This allows X ala X constructions to be parsed as series of modifiers e.g. "pona ala pona" will be translated as "nicely not good" along with its usual translation "is good?".
