Collections: Cryptic human-readable summary from text reuse

Bugs

• "Add as search filter" button does not work, duplicate of "Open in search page..."

• tried to open an article from "Articles" tab in Collections, asks me to login again, https://dev.impresso-project.ch/app/issue/FZG-1987-04-27-a/view?p=16&articleId=i0079
  

• in collections, articles tab: when I click on a collection tag it opens an article in article viewer and prompts me to login. When I click the back button in the browser, I arrive at the expected collection

Enhancements

• it is straightforward to export a collection but deletion is hidden behind settings. Move next to export?

• shorten delete button label: "Delete Collection"

• relabel "Open in search page..." - "Open in search page"

• blue "Compare with.." button feels misplaced - move next to "Open in search page"?

• Rename "Settings" to "Edit"

• export notification "export search results as csv" is a bit generic - can we display the label of the collection here?

• Recommendations service: deactivate until we have vector space recs in place

I think we should simply remove it. It does add a search filter, but it does not open the search page, so it's essentially useless
