Cleanup of code left from Airtime.

Hi All,

currently we have some code from Airtime inside Caspa that not only serves no purpose but also is kind of broken (it expects stuff to be present but we changed a lot of the original codebase).

Of the top of my head I have:

• schedule.js:
  • tests for user type, around line 280.
  • the stuff under public/js/views/airtime/schedule. Some of that looks useful, at least we can stop using the dayClick callback , that fixes double click on Scheds Error #158.
• paginator.js , playbar.js and programlist.js . Not using them now.
• sourceinfo.jade the "onclick" attributes point to non existing functions. SourceInfo view events  #175
