Issues

  1. user map not appropriate on BNPB realtime instance
  2. We want to use the usermap component in other projects

Proposed solution

  1. split into its own repo as a generic Django project
    a. Akbar already made it into its own app so it should be easy to split off
  2. Remove it from all django-realtime instances
  3. Deploy it with current InaSAFE User data on its own DFAT CX10 (Gavin or Tim can change the DNS)
  4. Ensure it is working across browsers, all links are valid etc.
  5. Make OSM markers circles based on this logo http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/File:Openstreetmapus_300x300.jpg, same size and style as InaSAFE logo.

consider merging it into kartoza/projecta so it's available to all Projecta users.

Then Realtime will have its usermap and changelog (I've already started a changelog) on the projecta site.
