Need to be able to read tungsten concentration data from VUV analysis.

  • CWUV is the original IDL analysis code.
  • CWUP is the in-development python analysis code. Located at /home/wgromels/w_analyzer_work/putterich/

Eventually this should be largely replaced by #216 when we process the raw data ourselves.
