Prease, add the ability to create new custom option on enter

Hi @shtimn, I am able to set a value by hitting ENTER.
Actually I see a different issue: it does not highlight the Add ... label using down arrow when no other items are listed in the dropdown. But, if I hit the upwards arrow the item is highlighted and selectable with the ENTER button.
