I also wanted to use Termynal on my WordPress blog, so I ended up making a plugin a couple years ago when I was just learning React: https://wordpress.org/plugins/terminal-block. You can customize the styling, but it only supports the default time delays and you can't turn off animation. I haven't updated the plugin to use new block features that might have been added since it was created, but it has been tested up to WordPress 6.6.2.
